Breast and Cervical Cancer Program
Educational program and community outreach regarding risk reduction and increase screening for breast and cervical cancer. Provides screening, referrals, case-management and follow-up to diagnosis for county women ages 40-64 years, who lack health insurance and/or have inadequate insurance coverage and meet certain income requirements to cover the following services: Clinical breast exam, pelvic examination with pap testing, mammograms, surgical consult, colposcopy and some diagnostic testing such as breast and cervical biopsies.
