Re-Entry & Recovery Program

Re-Entry & Recovery Program provides assistance to individuals with a pre-existing mental health diagnosis with a pre- and post-release from Worcester County Detention Center, providing referrals and linkages to treatment and other services. Staff provide case management linkage to assist with obtaining insurance coverage, transportation, housing recovery groups, somatic health Behavioral Health and obtaining Narcan. Service can be provided to inmate/individual for one year following release.
