Adult Services
WCHD offers an array of mental health counseling services in four county locations and in public schools. Licensed mental health professionals provide individual, group, and family therapy, as well as medication evaluation and management, to treat a range of mental health conditions including:
- Major Mood Disorders (Depression, Bipolar Disorder)
- Anxiety Disorders
- Psychotic Disorders
- Personality Disorders
- Co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders
All providers are trauma-informed and several have further training in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), an attachment-based family therapy.
