Participant Review!

"After a lifetime of smoking, I finally said "enough" and decided to kick the habit. The only question was how I was going to accomplish this - after all, I had tried to quit many times before. I was encouraged to enroll in the Worcester County Health Department's Smoking Cessation program, and that decision has made all the difference. With access to nicotine patches and weekly meetings with an experienced counselor, I began to believe for the first time that I could do this! Several months later, I'm still going strong - saving money, breathing easier, and overall feeling better than I have in years! Sticking with this program has changed my life; I recommend it to anyone who is serious about quitting nicotine."

"The youth tobacco program helped me to stop vaping. The coaches were very helpful and I completed the program vape-free. I am breathing a lot better and I feel good that I made the decision to get help and quit vaping."
