Snow Hill, MD – The Worcester County Health Department, in partnership with the University of Maryland Extension, is pleased to announce the Cooking Up Health class is coming back to Snow Hill.
This no-cost class teaches participants valuable skills related to healthy eating, food budgeting, financial management, growing their own food, preparing nutritious meals, and food preservation.
Cooking Up Health will be held on Mondays, starting September 14, 2026, at Worcester County Tourism, located at 107 W Green St., Snow Hill, MD. Classes will run weekly from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., concluding on November 2, 2026. Every week, participants will receive new items to help them apply their new cooking, healthy eating, and food preservation knowledge.
